Experimental Double exposures with my friend Mikey

In what seems to now be a continuing theme of rummaging through. my old harddrive, I've just come across some of my favorite double exposure shots that I ever took.

I was visiting my friend Mikey in Seattle one time and I just really loved the light here. I was about to hop on the bus back to Vancouver and he had just dropped me off in the parking lot where the bus was meant to pick me up. The light coming in was just fantastic so I took a shot of him, but I accidentally hit the shutter again just a millisecond later. Turns out I had been playing with double exposures earlier and forgot to take my camera out of multiple exposure mode.

What resulted was the happy accident you see below. I absolutely loved how the photo came out and I took the opportunity to play around and try a few more.

This is actually the only other photo that I liked from those experiments.

I've continued to play around with double exposures since then, but this was the first one that I really loved.
