Fugu is a fish that many live in the sea one of the fugu fish live in many jepang sea, this fish is often referred to as puffer fish because of its ability puff body when there is danger.
this fish has a delicious taste, tasty and chewy. but as long as you know it turns out the fugu fish keeps a lot of deadly poison in its heart.
therefore this fish need special skills to process it into a delicious food to eat.
in our area, in aceh this fish is often discarded, because do not know how to process it.
