Had one of those weekends where I was basically stuck in the kitchen most of the weekend.
I ended up having to cook a sunday dinner for all the hungry mouths at home and went for a classic "South African" dish.
Meatballs, Baked Potatoes, Grean beans, Pumpkin, Rice with a nice Tomato and Onion Gravy.
Meatballs are done. (Meatballs also known by Afrikaans speaking South Africans as 'Frikadelle')
Waiting for the baked potatoes which was almost done.
Mom always said you can never have enough vegetable, so went with the salt and sweet. Green beans and Pumpkin
By this time being busy in the kitchen for the last hour and a half we all could not wait to eagerly dig in and enjoy the supper.
