Save the Rhino's...

No one in this world needs a Rhino horn, but a Rhino...

I believe we are very blessed with all these wonderful creatures living in our country, but sadly our Rhino's are slowly being killed of by illegal poaching.

All this are being done for the illegal trading of Rhino horns which are being used for traditional medicines or aphrodisiac properties in certain Asian countries, which are all based on speculation without scientifically proven evidence.

I was very grateful to have seen these guys up close was able to take some photo's of them. This was truly a great experience.

Thanks to organizations like SaveTheRhino which are doing their best to try and safe and protect as many of these wonderful creatures and spreading information regarding them.

Feel free to visit their website and supporting them.

Below is the last worldwide Rhino population figures they had available.

I feel this should be an appropriate punishment for Rhino Poachers.
Let's see if they enjoy the same treatment.

Please note these are some older photo's from my external backup and uploaded to my Imgur.com Save the Rhino's... album.
They were taken with an Olympus SP500UZ Digital Camera.

I think you are right. Shocking figures!

Very lucky indeed to see these up close. Especially that big boy with his huge horn. It's such a pity these poor animals get poached due to superstition over the power of their horns. Nice post man😁
