Digimad Travels #2: Overland Through the Andes to Chile

in photography •  7 years ago

Took a bus through the mountains from the West of Argentina to the Capital of Chile (Santiago)

The views through the journey were spectacular: the mountains coloured with earthy reds, browns and sands and the peaks covered in snow:

Logistics

The transport was really comfortable: spacious seats that tilted back almost as a bed, coffee and a snack to eat.

Price was around 500 Argentine pesos (about $30 USD).

Once you get to the Chilean side and want to take your bags from the bus the unpackers are very rude: they demand a tip or try to refuse to return your bag if not.
