This is a picture of a fish tail fern. In scientific terms it is called Cyrtomium falcatum. I went for a walk in a park with some friends. The park is made up of a lot of space. There are plenty of different types of plants and flowering plants.
While I was hanging out with my friends, the image of this fish tail fern fell in front of my eyes and I captured the image on my phone camera. These ferns are all green. These fern plantations are planned by the greenhouse.
These green ferns tend to take up a lot of space. There are a lot of ferns tied together like grass, it looks very beautiful. They are grass-like in color and are not easily understood in these fern trees.
It will not catch the eye of ordinary people except those who attend. However, when weeds grow in fern trees, they cause a lot of damage to the fern plants. These weeds swarm the fern plants, tangle them, and destroy them.
This is done by weeding every 1 week. Fish tail fern is a shady plant. When these fern plants are exposed to more sunlight, their leaves burn in the sun. This is why these fern plants need regular watering.
These ferns need to be fertilized once in 45 days to increase their health. The leaves of these fish tail ferns are very hard. This fern is low maintenance and can be grown well in low light environments even indoors.
Fish tail ferns is an excellent choice for large hanging baskets or in a big pot and it also creates an interesting texture in a big landscape or in between a color bed and as it has a long vase life this plant make it a high potential for cut foliage and can provide an addition livelihood opportunities for its growers.
