U slepé kočičky (The Blind Cat in English) is a popular French style crêperie near Strossmayer Square in Prague, Czech Republic. On one of my visits to Prague, one of my young Czech friends brought me here for a delightful meal. The restaurant specializes in crêpes of course, but does have quite an extensive menu for those not interested in eating crêpes. I can attest to the fact that the crêpes are delicious! I had a crispy chicken salad, followed by crêpes with hot raspberries and vanilla ice cream! The coffee was delicious too!
It is a fun place for cat lovers to eat, as there are cat ornaments and pictures of cats everywhere. So, when you are in Prague, be sure to visit U slepé kočičky. You will not be disappointed!

Almost everything is within walking distance of the city centre! It is so easy to get around by foot, bus or train! I prefer the countryside too. I love to go hillwalking in Scotland, but this is the only large city I truly love visting.

It's a fairly long exposure which brought out the colors. I can't believe that I hand held that camera for 1/8 of a second too! I couldn't do that today, even though that was just a few years ago!

My daughter-in-law has been using my tripod, so I’ve been doing a lot of that. I bought her a tripod for Christmas and my wife got me a monopod, so hopefully I’ll be back to steadier shots.
