Getting lost - on purpose - on the streets of Valencia is one of the most rewarding activities I performed as a traveler. And I did travel quite a lot in my lifetime.

Today, after having a picnic lunch on Jardin de Turia (or the park created on the bed of the diverged river Turia) we decided to work a little more, so we went back to the Old City, aiming for the usual Starbucks where we have just enough internet to post something every once in a while.

Alas, this road to Starbucks, although seemed short and straight, turned out to be elusive, convoluted and breaking left and right dozens of time (or so we thought, after following "this plaza too", "oh, and this little street too", "oh, and we have to go on this corner too").

One of these strangely beautiful streets popped out of nowhere in the form of a small alley, with a yellow wall closing the path.

Unless it wasn't really closing the path.

Life, painted in shades of blue and green, kept unfolding beyond the wall, in a beautiful, albeit just a tad kitschy, painting.

And so it happens in life too: sometimes, when the path seems clogged and there's no way to get across the next obstacle, all you need is just a little reminder that there is life after that wall too.

No matter how hard the situation is right now, that too, shall pass, and all that ever is and was and will be, is just life, dancing endlessly in unrepeatable forms.
