Fluer De Sel is owned by one of only two chefs, in the East Coast of Canada, that were trained in Le cordon bleu.

It was a 3 Hour long 7 course meal, an hour and half drive from Halifax. It was worth it and we had a very wonderful experience. The chef made an effort to use only local ingredients sourced by local farmers and fishermen.
