It's Saturday Morning! I Made Some Delicious Banana Pancakes, Hungry?

Good morning you all! It's weekend and what a hell of a week it was.. After being busy the whole week, i thought it was a good moment for some quality time for my stomach. Earlier this morning i decided to make banana pancakes (for the first time) and it was a great succes!

Not only these pancakes are really delicious and healthy, they give you a bunch of energy also. It's a win win situation, so i thought these pancakes are to great not to share with you guys!

There are only 3 things you need for this breakfast. It's bananas, eggs and baking powder, so you don't need to spend a lot of money to have this great meal. Also a good thing, it's gluten-free!

This are the ingredients i used:

5 bananas

6 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

And this is how i made it:

I sliced the bananas in little pieces and put them in a mixing bowl. With a fork i "crunched" the bananas untill i got a mash. I broke the eggs and put them with the baking powder in to the mixing bowl.I mixed it all up!

I put a baking pan on middle fire (i used a little bit of olive oil), and put about 3 tablespoons at a time of the banana pancake mix in the pan.

Once there come little bubbles on top of the pancakes, i turned them and baked the other side for about 40 seconds.

Toppings, toppings and toppings!

Yes, finally we arrived at my favorite point..! Toppings! This morning i choose a healthy topping from raspberries who were screaming at me out of my fridge, and some blueberries. Of course you can use several kind of toppings like for example honey, chocolate paste, or whatever you like on your pancake!

Hope you have a great breakfast with this recipe (i know i had) and a lovely weekend!
