landscape photography - Mt Shasta - spiritual vortex

I'm fortunate to live at the foot of Mt Shasta, a spiritual vortex in the North of California. There are many photos of this enigmatic mountain so it's a bit of a challenge to find a viewpoint that's less common. This is a view from the North just off I-5 close to the Stewart Springs exit. At this time there was some early snow on the mountain and I went in the late afternoon to catch the long shadows from the setting sun. The cloud formations (or chem-trails) that all lead to the mountain were a nice bonus.
