My Beach Camping experience : Anawangin Cove Zambales

This place is just only in my dreams. And finally, I had the chance to meet the Anawangin Cove and it's wonders. Together with Vanguard family. I had a chance to be here. This a summer trip of our company. This is the way we chose to spend the money we got on our christmas party. We are both very proud as we greatly contributed to these events and also, we needed this timely break. This is my first time to camp in a wonderful beach. Most of us bring our own tent because it has no rooms there!

We arrived in Anawangin Cove around 11:00am. The place is really beautiful. This is an evidence that God really works in mysterious ways.

The campsite is covered with pine tress. This will give you the impression that you are truly camping in the forest. I feel that I'm not in philippines, it feels like you're in another country. Philippines has a lot of nature to offer but here in Anawangin Cove is one of a kind. You will fell in love with it's beauty.

It's not that typical white sands like boracay but it has a crystal clear water where you can enjoy swimming. You can see some fish because it has a super clear water. While I'm enjoying under the water, some fish are playing around into my feet and I was surprised. :)

A short Hike

For a more intense and adventurous experience , after we swim, we decided to hike just to see the beauty of Anawangin Cove. It is very easy for the begginner to experience this hike. And when you reach the peak there is an awesome nature awaits for you. and you will not be disappointed. From the beach we hike it for 30 minutes. At the foot of the hill, a series of a rocky steps can be found which trekkers used to ascend. A few meters and the rocky outcrops opens into a grassy area full of short and slender bamboo and tall talahib grasses.
A trek up the hill is best done in the early morning when the heat of the sun is not overwhelming.We enjoyed taking pictures with the scenic view from the hilltop.

After our short hike, we go back to our tent just to prepare for our early dinner because there's no electricity there. After that, we make a lil' bonfire with a background music and we gathered there. More games and we are having fun setting on a set of bonfire.. And it makes that night most memorable experiences of us. Because lack of connection you can totally relaxed by the nature and the ambiance of this place.. So this is highly recomended place.

Bonfire nights are the best nights with your friends
