The end of the tulip season

in photography •  8 years ago

I live at the island Goeree-Overflakkee. It is a part of the Netherlands. This is one of the areas where there are tulips blooming in spring. The flowers are gone but the plants are still there. The farmer will soon start to get the bulbs out of the ground. Because he makes money with the bulbs. This photo is shot last week. The plants are starting to get a brown color but the sky makes them beautiful. :-)

This photo is taken with a Laowa 12mm and a Nikon D750 at F8, 1/20 and iso 100. I used a graduated grey filter of 84dot5mm for the sky.
