Monochrome Monday - Pillars Of Time

These mighty pillars were once supporting the heavy roof over the monumental building.

Now they support the sky high above them.

Seasons pass, things change, people move on, memories fade away, stones crumble to dust.

Can the arrow of time be reversed?


This photo was taken in Delphi, Greece on November the 1st in 2010.
