On this morning there were wispy clouds high in the sky. As sunrise approached those clouds turned a shade of pink. After the sun rise it plays peek-a-boo behind the trees.

For this photo shoot I focused on the distant horizon then turned off the auto-focus and the image stabilization on my lens.
The photographs in the video cover a 59 minute time-frame. This video stitches together 82 photos starting 41 minutes before the official sunrise.

Sunrise Photographs in Sequence
Dawn: The period of the day when light begins to appear in the sky from the sun.
Sunrise: The time when you first see the sun in the morning.
To give you an idea of the when the photographs were taken I am adding a T-time. T-0 is sunrise, T-10 is 10 minutes before sunrise, and T+5 is 5 minutes after sunrise.

That video is just wonderful! I've just recently discovered my phone has the timelapse function on the camera features, and I recorded an ice cube melting :P Of course, I only spent like 6 minutes on it, not one hour like yourself, haha. Great production!
