I seem to find myself stuck in a car or a bus during sunrises and sunsets, unable to fully capture them with my semi-professional camera. This is torture, torture I tell ya!
I have a major obsession for skyporn, and it needs to be caught on camera, otherwise it’s useless. I have a bad memory and I’m sure I will get early onset dementia, so I need to store as much as possible to the blockchain. It’s not like the sun rises and sets every day.....
This morning the temperature dropped almost to zero so at some places there was a slight white cast over the nature and vapor rising from the lakes, that otherwise were so still they looked like mirrors. Those elements plus a gorgeous sunrise as a backdrop would have look so beautiful in pictures!
We are on a tight schedule this morning so there is no chance for a stop along the way to get proper pictures.
Apparently there are a lot of us skyporn people out there, but you are the only one I have ever interacted with. I feel like we have a shared archaic gene or something. I see a gorgeous sky and I am called outside like there is something more too it all, but I never quite catch what that is. Or maybe I'm weird and normal skyporn people just like pretty colors ;)

Don't you worry, we are not alone in this! We skyporn fans have regular meetings in my comment section 😅 I don't think it's just the colours of it, though I can only speak for myself. I like the movements and how fast the overall vibe can change. From a murky dark sky with hints of colours to an almost clear sky with pastel hues. I also like how the day sky is often quite boring, but mornings and early night have so much variety.
