Aglais io - Peacock butterfly

Good butterfly allowed me to take some photos before flying away.
This one is common all over Europe I read. But they were always special to me as I never saw many of them in the garden. I guess the plants were not their favourite ;)

The wings are covered in tiny tiny fish-likes scales. And the blue is so so pretty :)
