The room in which the test satellites

This accommodation is located in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. In this zone of silence, satellite dishes are tested before launch. Metal wall 'Faraday' need to block all external signals, isolating the room from the TV and radio signals and radar aircraft ships, and of course the mobile phone signal. Barbed lining absorbs signals and creates conditions that mimic the infinite emptiness of space.
