Raghunandan, Rama Jivan and Pandit Bargat chose Bhatjhara Bill of that time to establish the capital of huge zamindari in his birthplace. Bhatjhara Bill was the property of Puthia Raja Darpanaranayana. For this reason, Raghunandan and Ramjivan appealed to the court to grant bail to Raja Darpanarayan, in the opinion of the raiyati. King Dorpannayana gave Brahmachote to the new king. In Ramjivan Bill, he digged the dighi, pond and stools and made the Rajbari. The area was named after Natyapur. Natro Rajbari was built in 1706-1710. Raghunandan lived in Baranagar (Murshidabad)
