PRS Reclaimed Vela Limited

Well, it's sharing time......So a couple months back PRS (Paul Reed Smith for any not in the know), released a very limited run of guitars made from reclaimed Brazilian hardwoods. Having just bought my very first PRS the month prior, I was a little hesitant to spring for another so soon, after all these are not cheap instruments. After doing a little poking around I managed to find one from a licensed dealer. The catch was that they had ordered 3 and the first 2 were spoken for, so I got no choice in the guitar I would be getting, totally sight unseen. But hey, when you've got the chance to buy 1 of 300 guitars being made, that you know will be amazing because of the source, you take it. So after a few weeks of waiting for the guitar to be built, shipped to the dealer, then shipped to me, I finally have it. I honestly couldn't be happier, it looks, plays, and sounds amazing. Below are pics as well as a video from PRS explaining how they sourced the wood from Brazil. For anyone considering a PRS....DO IT!
