Canto XXIII Inferno.
Dante and Virgilio cross the Circle of the Simoniacals, those who betrayed Christ. Crucified to the ground there is Caifa, high priest who suggested the martyrdom of Christ to Pharisees.

Tecnical Notes: Photograph taken from the project inspired to the "Divina Commedia" of Dante Alighieri.
