Seonji Haejangguk: Korean Blood Soup

in photography •  5 years ago

Have you ever tried Blood Soup? It might sound scary and strange to some of you guys. It is to some Korean people, too. Seonji Haejangguk is a soup cooked with clotted cow blood and dried cabbages in Korea. Even for the Korean, some like this rich taste, but it disgusts others. In my case, I eat this blood soup only at a few high-quality restaurants.

I went to one of the best restaurants which cook Seonji Haejangguk for dinner.

This is it. I finished the entire soup with Kimchi. It was so great. It feels like eating warm food made by mom.
