"The Diagonal" - New York, United States
Nikola Olic is a Serbian photographer who lives and works in Dallas, Texas, but also travels around the world and has a good eye for finding unusual angles in buildings and other structures, and capturing them in photos. The result is a collection of architectural photographs so striking that they look like optical illusions.
The abstract plans of Olic make the world look like a collection of drawings and sketches created by M.C. Escher, with the big difference that your photos show real sites that you can visit. Here you have some of his most recent works, many of which will leave you confused wondering what it is that you are observing.
