Stunning photos of laborers sorting millions of grains of rice were captured by professional photographer Jahangir Alam Onuchcha in Ishwardi Upazila, Bangladesh.
They push the rice into rows so that it can dry under the sun.
The workers start at 5 a.m., spreading, flipping, and mixing the rice for 15 minutes each with large, flat shovels to make sure the grain doesn’t spoil.
