The beautiful island of Capri

Hello dear Steemians,

During last Easter, I've decided to revisit Capri, an amazing island that charmed me 15 years ago, when I was a teenager. I was in a hurry then so I thought this time I should take a full day. Took the 1st ferry from Positano and got there quite early. As me and my wife love trekking, we took the main road up from Grande Marina and exited on Scala Fenicia path. Most tourists chose the easy way by bus, so we enjoyed the Scala Fenicia and were able to do lots of photos. Scala Fenicia ends right in front of San Michelle villa, while Monte Solaro chairlift it's just a stone's throw away. We had to take the chairlift to the top for some breathtaking views and we never regretted it as we had an interesting mix of sunshine and fog. From the top, we took a less known path down to Parco Filosofico & Faro di Punta Carena (you can find this path on some of the more technical maps but I will also post a link to my recorded Strava activity). As it was getting late, we took the bus from Faron di Punta Carena, back to Capri centre where we made a short visit to Giardini di Augusto & Via Krupp before heading back to Grande Marina dock for departure. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to visit all my objectives so I would advise anyone going to Capri to take at least 2 days for a thorought visit.
