More photos of our cute puppy, Ninnu! :)

Good evening!

How are you today?

I was at the gym today, and met with @omsoc who was just finishing his training for the day. We had a quick chat about both Steem, and nutrition. About the latter, he hinted that I could benefit from additional protein and told me I should really try eating those eggs at breakfast.

My workout was weird, as I (again) quickly lost all power in my right shoulder much before the left one. After resting it a bit while doing bicep curls and abductors, I tried the linear shoulder press with slightly heavier weight on the right side just to build up strength on the right arm more. I could do two sets with 4.75kg on left and 5.5 on right, adding 0.5 on each side as I progressed, and tried doing two more on the right side. (I guess that's roughly what Allyson suggested doing with the dumbells at least.) Ok, I got to the 3rd set, but not much longer without having to cut each rep off half way through. (I could do almost 7 out of full 10 reps on the last one)

But um... the photos...

When I took the OPED photo, of our Russian Bolonka puppy Ninnu yesterday, I did take a few others too.

I'll share a couple of them now. :)

That look... She's no hamster for sure! ;)

It seems I must go out to walk her again. So good night then, everyone! I'll be going to bed after we come back!

Btw. also see @MarkkuJantunen's post about visiting us to see Ninnu for the first time.

Thank you very much!

Can I join this One photography every day tag?

Of course, the more the merrier! :)

@gamer00,
Thank you!

Cheers~

The level of cuteness... Too much, next level cuteness here :D

Just saw the picture of the beautiful pup on @markkujantunen 's post. Cutest thing that I have seen today.

(PS: Nice workout regimen)

Cute doggo. My mother has one that looks almost identical but is black. Well, he is turning grey now but used to be so black you couldn't see his eyes.

I don't use eggs much except for when they are required in something else. I get most of my protein from cheese, tuna, PB, and nuts. Not necessarily at the same time.

Ninnu is very funny! She begins to test your strength!
I hope your workout will fortify your strength so that you can cope with Ninnu when she’s bigger!

LOL

@osmoc will give you good advice mate so give it horns, but listen to your body, it's important. It's good you walk Ninnu as often as possible, she is surely very grateful

@gamer00 - Sir Ninnu not only cute, she is very pretty & cute... <3 Feel like a baby... Beautiful photography Sir...

+W+

The best thing about having a dog is that it never asks you questions, it only accompanies you, it does not know how to talk but it will know how to accompany your silence.

Does Ninnu feel lonely? I was thinking another puppy would probably complement her. Maybe you can consider one.

Maybe not. ;)

Hi Gamer. thank you for sending delegation. It is much appreciated. Allyson will get your shoulder sorted. It is funny how one arm loses power. Ninnu is adorable.

You are welcome!

She really looks like a very playful puppy, have you already introduced Kiemis to Ninnu? and vice versa.

Nah, we fear Ninnu might bite Kiemis.

In the gym, workouts become difficult, sometimes we make bad decisions when we exercise and we force our bodies too much, it is good that you have a first class coach like our friend @osmoc and you can progress properly

I can not deny that these have been some of the best images you've captured of Ninnu, I love spending time with dogs and getting fresh air, that relaxes me.

The beautiful charm of Ninnu, anyone falls in love, I hope you can improve in the gym and be careful with injuries

Awe too cute. I bet my Gizmo would love her!

I love the name Ninnu. How old is she/ he?

:)

She's 10 weeks old today.

Hey you need to take care of those workouts!

As for the puppy... How sweet is that baby? Oh my gosh! I admit that I love my kitty but there is something awesome about a sweet little dog.

Have an awesome night.

Tip!

The trainer is a must to progress at workouts! You will get the heat gradually, keep going with the lower weight and increase it gradually. It will do the job!

It looks the Ninnu had some workout too thats why she is feeling dizzy!! Hehe

goodnight to you...keep up the training

She is sure a gem ;)

Looks really adorable !!!!

She must be enjoying your company.

My workout was weird, as I (again) quickly lost all power in my right shoulder much before the left one

Oh shoot, i thought i was alone in this, please what is the suggested remedy to this?

Ninu is always a style killer lol

wow superb day out and Ninnu is really such an adorable she is so cute🙂🤗

Oh I love your adorable puppy! She shows her personality already :-)

She sure does. ;)

This is a unique and special type of dog breed, what i like most is the hair of the puppy it truly blend well with its eye color

Green?

Very nice capture , am sure it's DSLR capture.

Hey, this little one seems so beautiful to me. It's the cutest puppy, I've been happy at night. It has a charm and a unique beauty.

President Lyndon Johnson had two beagles named Him and Her.

awww, how cute he is, at first i consider it as hairs :p
but in the second picture it turns out to be a puppy :p

Hey, @gamer00 Good evening!
Your photo shot is amazing...and this puppy is so cute and pretty.

Good evening sir.

5 kg on left and 6 kg on right? not bad. we want to see photos of your work out.

The difference wasn't that big but basically yes.

I think I can't photograph myself while doing workouts. It would take planning and I'd lose time from the workout routine. Maybe a video some day. ;)

Glad to know two steemians on the same gym and they had a quick talk about steemit and nutrition.
Hopefully, it would be beneficial.
OPED is really a beautiful puppy.

OPED is really a beautiful puppy.

OPED is no puppy. ;)
