Yesterday saw our local track racing group host their last informal event for the year, with a huge range of cars making their way down to the small seaside town of Port Shepstone to tackle one of the tightest tracks in South Africa. As I've already run my STi around the track on many occasions, I relegated myself to photo duty for the day - and I'm glad I did.
Even if I did end up taking over 500 photos...
So, until I've sorted and edited the rest of the photos, here's some quality eye-candy to drool at: a very rare and very new Porsche GT2RS. This car has barely just ticked over 2,000km and the owner was already giving it a good workout around the demanding circuit.
It's always good to see cars like this being used for their intended purposes, and not as showpieces or garage queens. Respect.
Plenty more photos coming soon!
