Hi my dear Friends... Here I am with the pictures of a fig tree, the fruits of which look so beautiful in lot's of bunches. I found this tree in between the two Temples, on one of my temple visits.
When I referred Google, I just came to know that there are more than 700 varieties of fig trees. And this one is not the edible one, but the birds like it a lot!!. This is the variety of a fig, which is used to make some medicines in Ayurveda. Ok, now enjoy the pictures..

Hi Sir @jznsamuel.. This is a country type fig. Not edible, eaten by birds only!.. We call it Atthi in Kannada language.
The other big fig fruits what you have mentioned is called Anjir or Anjur.... :)
