Hello my dear Shadow Hunters. We begin Shadow Hunt 140 this week. Let us thank our hardworking @melinda010100 for this initiative, our talented judge and sponsor @annephilbrick, and the other generous sponsors @good-karma at @ecency, @pixresteemer, @taskmanager and #archon. Just click on the link here to know more about this great challenge.
For this week I will show you around the garden and the shadows you can find in the morning sun. I hope you like them.
Photo above is our patio reflecting shadows of our hanging plants: two pothos, two spider plants and some ferns. The bigger ones you see are branches of our plumeria trees and their leaves. At the right hand corner of the patio are shadows of cuttings from my wife's Begonia repotted on two smaller pots.
The photo above shows the side of our house where we hang dry our laundry. You can observe a clothespin hanging on a laundry line. The shadows are branches of a dead pomelo tree reflected on the wall. The actual tree you can see on the left side. There are some ferns growing on the wall too.
The next photo shows the biggest aloe vera plant in the garden. These cats love to take their morning sun beside it.
Before I bore you all with these, here's the last photo showing me taking a picture of our rose bush.
As usual I had to consult some members of the family as to what photo to enter in this contest. And the unanimous decision is the second photo, that of the dead pomelo tree reflected on the wall. It's sort of how trees in the winter look like.
And that's it for this hunt. Thanks for dropping by. Meanwhile, stay safe and may you have a great week ahead.
