Āsh (Persian: آش‎‎) is part of Iranian, Azerbaijani, Caucasian, and Turkish cuisine, and is a thick soup/stew, which is usually served hot. (From Wikipedia)

Not only LOOKS good, but I'm sure it TASTES good too! I like the way respect is paid to the guest by artistically decorating the dish. The Japanese do this well too. Nice photos @ghasemkisani!
