CELEBRATING BRIGHT SUNNY DAY!

in photography •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hello Steemians! Today, I am so happy to see some blue skies ( cloudless) after having lots of rain lately. Also my internet is working pretty much better compared several days ago. I think outside connections are getting dry and likely more people are spending good time shopping, entertaining theirselves not surfing the web. Obviously I am able to do more with sunny weather. I got to read your blog posts, followed and upvoted some of them even I can't understand the words which are written in another language. So I hope the sunny weather stays longer so that I can plan more activity for myself and my family. Anyways, I spotted these tiny little insects (Nymphs or baby grasshopper) flitting around on the leaves of my Malabar Spinach also known as Alugbati.

Below are some closeup shots from my Samsung J2 Prime phone set at HDR mode.

These two baby grasshoppers seem unfrightened. The other one in his sunglasses with missile somewhere locked and load. Hehe!

In few days these two nymphs will have thier wings and teeth developed. They will mature into an adult grasshopper and consumed much plants as they do. Hopefully not my plants.

Thats it guys! I hope you enjoyed reading this blog. Have a nice weekend.

Ciao..

Sort Order:

They look so innocent now but that will change if you find half your spinach missing...

I'll probably borrow some chickens from neighbor. they love tasty little hoppers and have prodigious appetite. "And that's what we call Circle of Life."

It is really cold here in the southern hemisphere. I miss the sunshine

Dont worry @grandrey it will come at least for one day. Stay warm at the moment.

very nice

thank you!
