When I visited Cob's bread the other day I also got the chance to try one of their mini pumpkin pie tarts
it was really good, everything they make I have found to be very high quality.
the only thing it was missing was
some whipped cream!

Here's a tip (My secret to the best pumpkin/sweet potato pie) I learned this from an elderly black lady that was my neighbor in N. Carolina... When you add your sweetened condensed milk- cut it in half and add orange juice to replace it. It makes the flavor from the spices jump out at you!
