Enjoying Lotus 夏日赏荷

We all know that the sign of the summer is the following, rainstorm, lotus, cool night, gentle breeze, and the sound of the summer, which I feel very refreshed except the rainstorm.

These photos were taken by me in the park last summer. When I got here, most of the lotus had been faded, which I mentioned in my previous post. Fortunately, I still found a few lotus blooming in the pond, so I took them. And these pink lotus plus their green leaves, looked a natural painting! They bloomed in the nature, loved by sun and water, looked like a group of young girls standing in there.

众所周知，夏天的标志就是暴雨啊，荷花啊，清凉的夜晚，吹着凉风，听着夏日之声，这些都是典型的夏季情景，除了暴雨，其他都是令人愉悦的。

今天分享的这组图片就是我去年夏天在公园里拍的荷花。在发蜻蜓那篇文章里说过当时去晚了一些，好在又找到了几株盛开的荷花，拍下来留念。绿叶红莲， 这就是一幅天然的画作啊。

她们盛开在大自然里，被太阳爱着，被水宠着，像一群轻笼薄纱的少女亭亭玉立的站在那里。

For all its beauty the lotus needs its green leaves to set it off.

香远益清，亭亭净植。荷花虽美，但也要有绿叶趁托才好。

Every scenery has its own unique spirit. Although most of the lotus had been faded, I feel the withered lotus were also beautiful. It is the record of life and presents its beauty and elegance at the end of time, and has nothing to do with sad.

Is summer's festival only for fresh blossoms and not also for withered leaves and faded flowers？

每种风景都有自己独特的精神。虽然大部分荷花都已凋谢，看到的是一池残荷。残荷也是美的，它是生命的记录。在生命的尽头呈现的是美和优雅，与哀伤无关。

Standing on the shore of the lake, I was afraid I was about to fell into the water if I ventured a step further. If only I had a boat, moving among the lake. And then I would experience the pleasure of picking up lotus seeds.

我站在岸边，再往前一步恐怕就掉进水中去了。可还是希望如果能有小船供游人乘坐，在池中穿行，就更好了。
那样我就可以体会采莲是怎样得一种乐趣了。

花凋谢后露出的两个小莲蓬，静静的沐浴在这夏日的阳光里。。

That day those who went sightseeing in the park were too much, including some photographers. Although the weather was very hot, many people were still immersed in the beautiful atmosphere. It is thus clear that every one can have the love of beauty, maybe it seems to be human nature.

那天中午，出来散步、游玩的人特别多，还有很多摄影爱好者。尽管天气炎热，很多人还是沉醉在这美丽的风景中。可见爱花之心，爱美之心，人皆有之，这或许就是人的天性吧。
