The shape of a city

I have been testing a few of the options of my new mobile phone recently, especially the filters you can apply to your photo camera. I was a bit disappointed not to find the "negative" filter which I liked so much on my former One+One, but I found out that the filter "Sketches" gives very interesting results.

So I enjoyed basically my weekend criss crossing my city to try to capture the shape of its most famous landmarks. I think every city has its own distinctive shape, and Granada of course has the shape of the Alhambra, which looks like the shape of a beating heart for me.

I like it so much - this Alhambra shape - that i am thinking to make myself a tattoo out of it. At the very least, maybe this sketches filter might help me capture the city by hand when I try to go sketching. We will see. 

It's almost Christmas, I'm going soon home to spend holidays far from the city where I have spent six great years. Looks like i'm gonna be here for another year... Granada has this power.
