I Love Nature Photocontest - Monday Flowers - And the sun went down

The theme for Monday is Flowers pics.

And this photo is very dear to my heart. It was a tough photo to edit. I took this photo last 28th of june. And while I was photographing the flowers in the garden, there was also a beautiful sunset for me, but I heard behind me a sound of a dog that was not quite good.

The sound of a dog that wanted to vomit but could not.

And still I do not get the picture of Lexyieboy's retina, how he stood there. Confident, but very sick.

I will remember this sunset all my life because it was also the last night we had Lexxieboy with us. The last evening with four dogs. Once the sun was down ... Lexxieboy went to sleep with the vet. A stomach tilt.

How symbolic can a sunset be at once?

The last couple of days I thought about Lexxieboy more and more, and I realize that it is not longer than three months, and at the same time it's been three months without Lex.

In fact, it has been so recently, but it feels like an eternity.

Lexxieboy I miss you!
