Traffic Lights

in photography •  7 years ago  (edited)

It is 7:24PM here in The Pearl of the Orient (The Philippines), and every Filipinos here would agree that there is a heavy traffic due to the rush hour - at least here in Manila. Very rare as it is, I was able to capture this picture on a not-so-traffic highway of EDSA.

It was an incredible shot for me as I lack the tools to capture this. All I have in hand is my smartphone and headset. In front of me is a plant box where I placed the phone for stabilization. Most of the time a picture will be a lot more beautiful depending on the success story behind it.

Hope you liked it.

Thank you.

Wow! You caught that with a smartphone!?
Amazing! Love all the lights and colours!!

Yes caught it with a smartphone. You just have to make sure that the phone is stable. Go to pro mode on your phone set the settings to manual then adjust the light exposure and iso, so you can make this photo.

Though there are some phones that has this setting immediately such as Huawei if you are familiar with that phone. There's a lot you can do with a smartphone now-a-days.
