This little cherry is red and ripe! They are getting ready to feed the winter birds, right outside my window. Last year, the gardener trimmed to bare branches, and so we missed all the winter birds, especially the house finches.
This might be nothing to others, but to me, it is a joy to see. Since I have no say in what the association does with the outside maintenance, I waited the entire year for this tree to grow back enough to have cherries.
It will be nice to see the birds coming to visit again this winter. Have a great night!
