Hi Steemians
Actually my day wasn‘t the best. Anyway. It‘s important that I now think about the things that went well today. Unfortunately negative things weight more and are stronger in our psyche than positive emotions. So we have to actively „fight“ against negative emotions and place positive things in our focus.
Sounds easier than it actually is?
Of couse. It‘s not always easy. But if you try to think about 3 things that went well that day or things you did great that day, you‘ll get more content, happy and find inner peace. Martin Seligman, one of the pioneers of the positive psychology, has proved that it actually works.
So here a big smile from me to you. May tomorrow be a better day with a lot of love, joy and laugher.
