My 2018 running career hasn’t been the greatest this year. As a matter of fact, this is probably the second or third post I made like this.
Last week was a crazy busy week, I will have a more detailed blog post on that soon, but it’s time to re-focus and finish the year out strong.
This may not be my best time, certainly not my longest distance, but I once again had to remind myself, baby steps.
After several times of going out there and trying to run at the speeds I did last year and the distances I learned that I was doing more harm than good and it is best to go back and crawl before I walk. Work back up to where I once was and avoid the risk of injury and fatigue.
