Pinakbet Recipe by me @isi30 ()Hmmmm are you guys hungry???
Do you know Pinakbet! Masarap eto, in English this is delicious and it mixed with different kind of fresh veggies,
Actually this is one of my favourite dish in the Philippines.
And my Employer really love it too😍
Do you know how to cook Pinakbet?
It is very simple for Filipino to cook this recipe.
I will share my own techniques how to cook Pinakbet :
Ingredients :
Pork with a bit fat
Bagoong(Shrimp paste)
Luya (Ginger)
Camatis(Tomatoe)
Salt, Garlic, onion red,
Okra
Eggplant (Talong)
Bittergourd(Ampalaya)
Squash (kalabasa)
String beans(sitaw)
Preparations :
Slice the pork thinly then set aside , marinate with little salt at least 30mins.
Then Heat the wok and add some atleast 2tbsp of water and when it's boiling add the pork and close the lid.
Wait until the little fat comes out from the meat.
And put the ginger,garlic, onion, then the shrimp paste.
Mix them well unti boiling,
Then add all the veggies and tomatoes and mix them thoroughly then cover the lid until vegetables are cooked.
