B. Evidence:
4 (Four) packs of large package of Narcotics Goal I type of shabu.
12 (twelve) packets of small package of Narcotics Goal I type of shabu.
Cash Rp. 100.000, - (One hundred thousand Rupiah).
1 (One) unit of Samsung brand Samsung white color.
1 (one) brand cigarette box samporna.
1 (one) unit sepmor type yamaha RX King. No. Pol Bl 4633 FL.
C. Chronology of events:
On Sunday 18th February 2018, at about 01.00 WIB, personnel of Reskrim Unit of Polsek Samudera get information about adri residents that in Gampong Matang Tunong Sub District Samudera there is a man who sell narcotics goal I type shabu sabu, then agt do observation / reconnaissance and at the moment it suddenly passes 1 unit of yamaha RX king motorcycle driven by a man. after being dismissed and carried out the search was inside the pocket of his trousers found 16 (sixteen) packets of shabu-shabu shroud wrapped in transparent plastic which stored in cigarette brand sampoerna, then Suspects and Evidence are taken to mako Polsek Samudera for further investigation process.
