Morning Drive Photography

bw50morningdrive (1 of 5).jpgI woke up this morning in a good mood so I decided to take a nice drive around the town. I used my GPS to find a random park dog park hoping to get some shots of dogs.

Instead I came across a neighborhood public park with so much more to offer. A good acre or so of land. Grass fields, a dog park of course, volleyball nets, disc tennis, and plenty of space for long walks, exercising etc. I’m kind of disappointed, but maybe that’s not the right word.

I’m now patiently waiting to show this to my girlfriend because I feel like it’ll be a disservice for me to venture this place by lonesome. I’d rather share it with her but she’s currently sleeping so instead I’m just gonna walk a tiny part of the premises snap a couple shots drive back around to where I saw some other cool shots.

I'm heading back home now to do my daily morning workout, eat some breakfast and then as soon as she wakes up I’m going to take her to this beautiful piece of land.

I brought out my Konica Hexanon 50mm lens with the black pro-mist filter and the 135 mm Jupiter lens. Unfortunately I did not bring my wide-angle lens with me today as I wanted to challenge myself with the 50mm.

There are some shots I’m aching to get right now but I cannot but I’m sure if I was a little bit more patient I would be able to figure out a way to get the exact shots I want but I’m not feeling it today.
