Hyacinth beans are quite delicious. They are usually fried. It's a tasty dish. You can either fry them or cook them. While I was out for a walk, I saw that they were being sold at a stall. I went there and saw that it was a leafy green plant with large leaves. Hyacinth beans grow on this plant and are quite small. They are very delicious. I came across this while walking and took a few pictures to share.
