Hi Stemians! a few months ago I traveled outside of my country, I was in the United States in a park in Maryland called park wheaton, walking there I saw this little friend.
I will tell you a little about this wonderful process that bees perform.
Each time a bee collects nectar from a flower or nectar and pollen and moves to another to do the same it performs one of the most important and beneficial acts for plants as it helps them in pollination of their flowers. It is important to note that the entire body of the bee is covered with rigid hairs to which the pollen adheres by transporting it to another plant, many have a pollen of a certain characteristic and that facilitate the grip on the bee. When the bee collects pollen itself and must fill the baskets of the legs with the balls it prepares, it needs to do so with many flowers and it is then when the pollination function is performed optimally if we consider that it collects only a single species Which produces a symbiosis between bee and plant very important.
In the following shots there are two bees and a wasp
