The Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival takes place every Spring in Woodburn, Oregon. It's pretty colorful. I took this in the morning but if I had been there in the afternoon I could have shot looking the other direction and had Mt. Hood in the background. I guess I need to go back sometime.
