Trees and Paths / Bäume und Wege

in photography •  6 years ago

When my son and I hiked around Lake Forstsee yesterday (Wet Sunset), I also photographed a few trees, at least in part.

Als mein Sohn und ich gestern um den Forstsee gewandert sind (Nasser Sonnenuntergang), habe ich auch ein paar Bäume fotografiert, zumindest zum Teil.

TreeTuesday at the Forstsee

This is my contribution to the #TreeTuesday of @old-guy-photos.

Most of the path around the lake goes directly or almost directly at the lake.
To the left of the path is the lake, which unfortunately can not be seen in the photo 😉

Howdy sir johannpiber! that's a great looking trail, those are great looking trees, the photos are great for the tag and this is a great post! lol.

So, I say a great

thank you

to you @janton 😊

haha! you are very welcome, you probably walked miles to get those shots so you deserve it!
What is the agenda for today? no wait, you today is over, it's almost bed time, sorry I forgot for
a second. Now you start another fun week of work tomorrow! But just think, every week you work
you are closer to retirement.

Good morning, @janton :)

You were right, my day was already over when you wrote your comment, and my new working week has already started.
And you are also right, when you say, that every week that I work I am one week closer to retirement. This is what I always say to myself too :)))

Hope you have a nice begin of this week too.

Howdy again sir johannpiber! well alot of people consider Sunday to be the first day of the week and if that's true then the week has started very well. No rain this week so I'll get alot done outside.

We had rain the whole last week, @janton, and this week started with rain also - my week starts on monday.

The weather forecast says, that the weather will get better the next days, so I hope they are right :)))

So what do you do sir johann, when it's raining out and you can't go look for good photography shots, you go to your archives? Do you ever skip days as far as posting?

Hello @janton, I try to post every day one post. If I don't have a chance to make fresh photos, then I still have some older ones, or I shoot some macros inside.

The paths are designed for what we, sometimes, looked at what was under our feet. There are many interesting things. Every root, every blade of grass, moss, they are great and unique. Looking at what is under our feet is a sign of an avid mushroom picker and a lover of wild berries. If you are not a mushroom picker and you do not like wild berries, this does not mean that you are not a mushroom picker and not a fan of wild berries, simply, you have not felt this moment. It is in you from birth))! Wonderful photos and story, my Dear friend @Johannpiber! I myself love to photograph what is under my feet))

You write the better story to my posts, my friend @barski, thanl you 😊

I am no mushroom picker - I hardly see one when we go into the woods and search for mushrooms, but I like wildberries - blackberries or raspberries, but like everyone I like wild strawberries most :)

Very nice forest path! Love to walk in the forest!

Thank you @kaminchan, forest walks are the most relaxing walks in my opinion 😁

Yes! This is what I miss most about living abroad.
Here, walking in forest can be very dangerous as we have many poisonous snakes. Western tourists often get lost in our forest and rescue teams had to be sent to look for them. Once you are inside the forest, everything around you look green and alike! No proper or formal path in the forest.

I almost got lost once, luckily we were about ten people walking in a line. Just a small wrong turning set panic in our group as we could not locate one missing person. I had no idea before that our yelling voice could not be heard easily in dense green forest!

Wow, that story sounds like a horror movie, where tourists go for a camping weekend into the woods and never come back.

I can imagine, that unexperienced or even experienced people get lost in big forests, especially in jungles or rain forests.

Most of our forests here are not that big and dense, and I don't think, that I could ever get lost, even without any paths or signs ... but how did James Bond say: Never say never ;)))

You just planted 0.10 tree(s)!

What a beautiful forest . What a country is it ?

Thank you :)
This is why I usually add a Google Maps link with the location to my posts - I am from Austria, and the forest is near where I live ;)

Ohh,my mistake sorry. I will follow your profile,incredible photos :) !

Never mind, thanks for the compliment 😊

What great shots and looks a nice walk but one would have to watch their step with the roots on the paths, I could see myself focusing a shot and moving position and trippin on them LOL

Thank you, these paths are quite nice and relatively easy to walk on. Yesterday it was a bit wet though and the roots were very slippery, because it has been raining before.

The pths where I walk are similar so I generally do not walk with the camera up framing a shot getting to do to fall down to often LOL

... same with putting on make-up while driving - you don't see what's coming 😉

Exactly almost a complete simily😎

😆 have a good night and a great day 👍
