The past week I was searching for my best photo ever taken with the Fujifilm X mount cameras.
As mentioned in my previous post, my Fujifilm journey began in 2014 with a Fujifilm X-T1 on loan for the duration of our annual PhotoParadise Landscape Workshop week.
These are a few photos of that first week with Fujifilm that convinced me that Fujifilm seems to be that sweet spot I was looking for.
All these photos were taken with the Fujifilm X-T1 body and XF14mm lens.
I took my first 1-hour exposure star trail photo with the Fuji camera to make sure it can handle one of the genres of photography that is close to my heart.
I even tried my hand at a Milky Way high ISO photo
What was a pleasant surprise to me was to see black and white photos directly in the viewfinder (My first encounter with an electronic viewfinder camera!).
After this trip, I was convinced I want to change to Fujifilm, and that change did not happen very long thereafter.
Over the next years, I was privileged to visit some amazing places and took some of my favourite landscape photos with Fujifilm cameras. So, although these photos are great, I do not think I will put one of them above all other photos I took in the past 8 years...
