Bijiashan Park in Infrared

Yesterday we went to Bijiashan park in Shenzhen for a more strenuous walk as it has a walking path up to the top of the mountain.

It was a clear day with a blue sky and no clouds. I decided that this is ideal for monochrome infrared.

Looking at the first photo on the back of the camera, I liked the mood - the shadows were not very harsh and the tree leaves was a soft grey to white. It reminded me of a night scene, so I decided to use the in-camera "cool" tint to make it appear more like a night scene. I liked it so much that I photograph all the photos of our walk with these settings.

Here is a gallery of the photos. Click on each photo to see a larger version.
