My thoughts:
The relationship between raindrops and plants is so intrinsic, as are tears in humans.
After spilling our tears, the soul feels fresh and renewed, as well as these raindrops that refresh and revitalize the plants.
If the world's a veil of tears, Smile till rainbows span it.
