It is said, in the Gnostic Gospel of Saint Philip, that Truth did not come into the world naked, but that it did so in the form of symbols and images. One of the oldest symbols and curiously, one of the best known by practically all the cultures and civilizations that preceded us, is none other than the Labyrinth.
The Labyrinth is one of the most enigmatic and at the same time most fascinating symbols of that great spiritual heritage of Humanity, the archetypes, which constitutes the central pillar of the well called collective unconscious. It is not surprising, therefore, that among its innumerable functions, it represents, in an essential way, the inner journey: that invitation to explore the conflicting and not always pleasant paths of the mind, until reaching the center and discovering one's own nature; that is, find out who you really are.
Se dice, en el Evangelio gnóstico de San Felipe, que la Verdad no vino al mundo desnuda, sino que lo hizo en forma de símbolos e imágenes. Uno de los símbolos más antiguos y curiosamente, uno de los más conocidos por la práctica totalidad de las culturas y civilizaciones que nos precedieron, no es otro que el Laberinto.
El Laberinto, es uno de los símbolos más enigmáticos y a la vez más fascinantes de esa gran herencia espiritual de la Humanidad, los arquetipos, que constituye el pilar central del bien denominado inconsciente colectivo. No es de extrañar, por tanto, que, entre sus innumerables funciones, represente, de una manera esencial, el viaje interior: esa invitación a la exploración de los conflictivos y no siempre agradables caminos de la mente, hasta alcanzar el centro y descubrir la propia naturaleza; es decir, averiguar quién se es en realidad.
